Clear, fair terms for working together. No legalese, no gotchas — just straightforward expectations.

Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: USD via PayPal or Robux via Group Payouts.
  • A 50% deposit is required for orders totaling over $30 USD.
  • Full payment is due upon completion and approval of the final deliverable.
  • Robux payments are calculated at current DevEx rates.

Revisions

  • Unlimited revisions are included within reason during the active commission process.
  • Major structural changes requested after initial approval may incur additional fees.
  • Minor adjustments (color tweaks, small positioning changes) are always free.
  • Please provide clear feedback to ensure efficient revision cycles.

Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once work has officially started.
  • A full refund is provided only if I am unable to complete the commission.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has begun.
  • If you need to cancel before work starts, please reach out immediately.

Usage Rights

  • You receive full commercial rights to the asset upon final payment.
  • I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio and promotional materials.
  • Credit is appreciated but not required when using the asset.
  • Reselling the raw source files (e.g., .blend files) is not permitted without prior agreement.

Timeline & Delivery

  • Turnaround times provided are estimates and may vary based on complexity and queue.
  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee — ask for availability.
  • You will be notified promptly of any delays or changes to the timeline.
  • Delivery is via Discord DM, Google Drive, or your preferred method.
