Payments
- Accepted payment methods: USD via PayPal, or Robux via group payouts.
- A 50% deposit is required for orders totaling over $30 USD.
- Full payment is due on completion and approval of the final deliverable.
- Robux payments are calculated at current DevEx rates.

Revisions
- Revisions are included within reason during the active commission.
- Major structural changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
- Minor adjustments — color tweaks, small positioning — are always free.
- Clear feedback keeps revision cycles efficient.

Refunds
- No refunds once work has officially started.
- A full refund is provided only if I'm unable to complete the commission.
- Deposits are non-refundable once the project has begun.
- Need to cancel before work starts? Reach out immediately.

Usage rights
- You receive full commercial rights to the asset on final payment.
- I may display completed work in my portfolio and promotional materials.
- Credit is appreciated but not required.
- Reselling raw source files (e.g. .blend) is not permitted without prior agreement.
- For real-world flags and military insignia, original or fictional designs are recommended to keep your catalog clear of moderation.

Timeline & delivery
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with complexity and queue.
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee — ask for availability.
- You'll be notified promptly of any delays or changes.
- Delivery is via Discord DM, Google Drive, or your preferred method.
